    I would like to formally escalate this case regarding inaccurate listing information and the resulting loss I experienced during my stay. The property stated that parking was available. However, upon arrival, the internal parking was already full, leaving me with no choice but to park outside along the street. This limitation was not disclosed in the listing. During my stay, I later discovered that my tyre had lost air completely. Upon inspection at a tyre shop, I was informed that the issue appeared to have been caused by foreign objects inserted earlier, likely around the beginning of my stay. While I do not have formal documentation, this raises serious concerns about the safety of the parking situation I was forced into due to inaccurate information. I would like to emphasize that all my other parking during this trip was in proper designated areas, and no issues occurred. This was the only instance where I had to park in an unsecured, non-designated location due to the property’s parking not being as advertised. This situation resulted in real financial loss, inconvenience, and safety concerns. If accurate parking information had been provided upfront, I would not have proceeded with this booking. Given the misleading nature of the listing and the consequences I experienced, I am requesting a partial refund or compensation. I ask Agoda to review this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution.
