    Very disappointing experience — not worth the money I had a very disappointing experience at Kent Baywatch Suites. I booked a lake-view room through Agoda, and although the room itself was the same room that accommodates up to two adults, I was charged an additional xxx for my partner because the booking showed one adult. What was especially frustrating was that the additional amount did not include breakfast. Because of a separate date mistake with another booking, I had already ended up paying for another night, so I was already spending a significant amount. In the end, I paid around xxx for a very short stay of only a few hours, which felt extremely unreasonable and another xxx for the date mistake The communication at the reception was also frustrating. I repeatedly asked if I could speak with a manager or if there was any way to resolve the situation, but I was simply told that nothing could be done. I also spent a long time trying to get help through the booking platform. Additionally, some of the amenities advertised with the room, including bathrobes, were not available. Mistakes can happen while making bookings, and I accept my responsibility for the date mistake. However, I expected better customer service, clearer communication about additional charges, and better attention to the amenities advertised. Overall, the experience was stressful and disappointing, and I personally don’t feel the amount I paid was justified by the service or facilities provided. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and transparency regarding room occupancy and additional charges.

    A very average hotel with very limited facilities. But good for those travelling via Airport as it's very near to the hotel
