    Such a nice stay. It was clean room was spacious friendly staff and everything was comfortable.. We stayed for 3 nights and it was super comfortable.

    We stayed here for one night as a family of four, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. While the room itself was spacious and good, almost everything else was a disappointment. The service was highly inattentive. When we asked for sugar, staff brought exactly 4 small sachets for a family of 4. It felt like we would have to ask all over again the next morning just to have coffee. The cleanliness of the bathroom was below average and definitely needs improvement. Terrible Restaurant Experience: We went down to the hotel restaurant for dinner but left without eating. We waited for a very long time and no one came to attend to us. To make matters worse, a staff member was sitting nearby with his legs up on top of a dining chair, which felt highly unprofessional and unhygienic. Our room was located on the roof level. During a heavy downpour, the staff left the terrace access door wide open, causing rainwater into the indoor area. The hotel has a strict policy allowing no outside guests. While we accepted and followed this rule, the lack of hospitality from the staff made the overall stay feel unwelcoming.
