It features a bright entrance leading to a spacious family room, which includes a modern kitchenette, cozy seating area, and a wood-burning stove. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. An inviting dining room with a round table provides picturesque views of Lake Hemsjön. The ground floor also includes a large bathroom with floor heating. The upper floor contains a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, a separate 30 m² annex offers further sleeping arrangements and amenities, including a toilet and laundry facilities. The property has internet access via fiber optics, ensuring connectivity throughout the stay. Dogs are welcome, and smoking is prohibited.
The holiday home ensemble, located slightly south of Hemsjö, is set on a spacious 2,000 m² lakeside property. Guests can enjoy direct access to Lake Hemsjön via a private swimming and boating dock. The outdoor area features multiple terraces, equipped with garden furniture and sun umbrellas, as well as two sun loungers and two barbecue fire pits.
