A HOUSE IN HISTORIC PRESERVATION
In this magnificent culture house right on the lake, we have established a comfortable apartment for 6 persons. Leaving aside the modern installations such as the dishwasher in the kitchen and modern bathroom, the house is preserved as it was built in 1888.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms en suite and bathroom with toilet. One bedroom has Seaussicht. A third bedroom is located in the roof and has its own entrance. The dining room and kitchen are downstairs. Around the house you have a covered terrace and front of the house a beautiful sunny spot on the lake with views of the church on the Kyrkhulter's opposite shore.

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit kleine stukje paradijs. Alles was aanwezig: water, bootje, prachtige natuur, een historische locatie,… een absolute aanrader.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt ganz unproblematisch bei einem sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und etwa 2km entfernt wohnenden Nachbarn.
Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben sehr idyllisch an einem einsamen Ende des Sees und hat von der Lage her fast den ganzen Tag Sonne, insbesondere abends. Es wurde offensichtlich vorher als Restaurant betrieben. Entsprechend findet sich in der Küche Unmengen an Geschirr, so dass wir etwas gebraucht haben bis wir alles Notwendige dann auch gefunden haben ;)
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass dieses Haus kein originäres Ferienhaus sondern erst Wohnhaus und später eben Restaurant war. So kommt man in das Schlafzimmer mit Seeblick nur durch das zweite Schlafzimmer. Beide Toiletten/Bäder im Haus (es gibt noch eine Außentoilette) gehen aber von diesem zweiten Schlafzimmer ab. Man sollte sich also schon nahe stehen ;)
Wie im Titel schon geschrieben: ein tolles und charmantes Ferienhaus mit Charakter.
