«Villa Natura private jacuzzi» is a modern, stylish and comfortable house of 45,00 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature in a cosmopolitan Greek island. It has 1 bedroom on the first floor, the ground floor has a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area and living room. Finally, it has a Jaccuzi (not heated) for exclusive use only.

In “Villa Natura private jacuzzi” guests can enjoy a lovely early morning walking on our land plot, collecting fresh fruits and nuts (figs, pomegranates, grapes, oranges, lemons e.t.c.) or relax and enjoy their breakfast at the elevated stone porch near the jaccuzi. Alternatively, they can jog along the country road and the narrow streets of the area nearby the nature reaching the famous “Koukla” Beach (2 km far), walk to explore the green and piney hill of Lithakia.
«Villa Natura private jacuzzi» is located in a transportation hub in the community of “Lithakia” from where you can easily access the coastal part of the island with its famous and crowded beaches (‘’Lagana’s Bay”, “Limni-Keri ”, “Koukla”, “Kalamaki”, “Ag. Sostis” etc.), as well as the mountainous part of Zakynthos with the wild nature beauty and its isolated beaches.
Perfect position on the National Road of Zakynthos-Keri, close to Zakynthos Town (10 km away) and the Airport (9 km). It is located seafront in a relaxing area,10 minutes from the beaches (“Koukla”, “Ag. Sostis”, “Cameo Island” e.t.c.) Great choice for families and couples, but also ideal for young people, who want to enjoy nightlife.
Ground Floor
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic cooking plates, microwave oven, fridge, all the cooking and eating utensil and a dining area), a living room (it has among others a sofa bed, which opens out into a double bed), a LED Flatscreen smart 3D TV with Netflix, and comfortable modern bathroom. The place is air-conditioned.
Outside there is a paved yard with a jaccuzi for exclusive- private use. There, you can relax day and night, having dinner with friends or family and make your nights memorable.
In the veranda late at afternoon, you can relax on the elevated porch or in the jaccuzi, sitting around with friends or family, enjoying your drink and the unparalleled view. It is also an ideal place to absorb the sunrise and the full moon shining on the sea, just sitting on your porch or even on your coach inside the house.
First Floor
The first floor has a bedroom fully equipped with a double bed and a big closet with an unparalleled view to the famous Marathonisi Island (Turtle Island), the sea and the green plain with the pomegranates, the olive trees and the other fruit trees.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 little dog) rented this house in late July 2019. The house was basically brand-new and just came on the market to be rented out to tourists, so everything inside was new and fresh and immaculate. The house is quite small (as mentioned in the description), so it is a bit "tight" for four persons, I would say. In the summer, when it is hot and you are anyway somewhat outside, it is okay because you can also sit on the terrace. In other seasons, the house might be more suitable for two people, though. We let our teenage kids sleep in the double bed in the upper floor and we slept downstairs on the couch, which was quite comfortable. Still, with our luggage, the place was quite cramped and full because you always need some space to put your things. So, this is something to consider when booking this place. The terrace with the table and the chairs is great, so we were eating breakfast or dinner outside, next to the pool. The pool itself is also nice - it is too small to swim, of course, it is more a whirlpool to hang out and relax, but that is also very nice. When we arrived at the location, we were first a bit disappointed because we expected - based on the pictures - that the house would be even more secluded and located in the middle of an olive grove. The pictures are authentic but only show the view onto the bay. Towards the opposite direction, there is a neighbored house close by, like 20m off, and it's a relatively big house with three floors and balconies, so you don't feel so "private" anymore as the pictures suggested. Another disappointment was that the house has no washing machine. But then, the landlords have been super-friendly and super-helpful and washed our laundry three times during our stay, so that totally compensated for the fact that there was no washing machine. We also got some vegetables and some home-made red wine to taste, which was very nice and lovely. The main road is also relatively close by (maybe 30m direct line), so that means that you hear some traffic during the day, but not during the night. The house is, otherwise, in a very central location of Zakynthos and allows to reach all locations easily. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it. It would be great if there was a bit more space, also in the kitchen, and a few more possibilities to put your stuff, but in the end that was of minor importance.
