Perched on a hilltop above the Bay of Laganas, Buena Vista Villa commands some of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Zakynthos — 180 degrees views, stretching across the entire southern coastline of the island.
This is a villa designed for those who want to slow down. Mornings begin with coffee on the veranda as the sea catches the early light. Afternoons are spent in the pool — 9 metres long, surrounded by sun loungers and a hammock, with nothing but open sky and sea views ahead of you. Evenings finish from the west-facing balcony, watching the sun drop into the Ionian.
The villa sleeps up to 15 across five bedrooms, making it ideal for a group of friends, two or three couples travelling together, or a multi-generational family gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower, and opens directly onto the large upper veranda overlooking the pool and sea.
Inside, the villa is spacious and well-equipped — a fully fitted kitchen, a generous dining area for 10, comfortable living spaces across two floors, and three bathrooms including the master en-suite. Air-conditioning throughout keeps things cool during the warmer months.
The location is quietly special. You are three minutes from the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, where loggerhead sea turtles nest on protected beaches — one of the most extraordinary wildlife experiences in Europe. The sandy beaches of the south coast, boat trips, local tavernas serving fresh seafood, and the island's famous Navagio viewpoint are all within easy reach. Yet up on the hill, the villa feels entirely removed from it all — peaceful, private, and unhurried.
Security Deposit – €500 (Cash Only)
A cash security deposit of €500 is mandatory to secure the booking of this villa. This amount will be collected by the property owner or the designated check-in representative upon arrival. The full deposit will be returned at check-out, provided that a thorough inspection confirms no damages or violations of the property rules.

The house was very clean. Beautiful and big swimming pool with a lot of outside space. Panos was very nice en welcoming. There’s not so much around in the area so I would recommend a car.

Our stay at Buena Vista villa did not disappoint, it was truly exceptional. The villa, the pool, the location were all just perfect for our stay. We had 8 adults and a 7 month old and suited our needs perfectly. Panos was a true gentleman, he was around to assist whenever you needed, he cleaned the pool, tended to the garden and emptied the bins daily, he gave us lots of advice on what to see and do and always with a smile. I would definitely go back!

We had an amazing time at Buena Vista Villa.
This was my Mum’s first abroad holiday experience since 1978! Buena Vista gave her that extra bit of luxury and charm we were looking for.
We were extremely well looked after by the owner who went over and above so we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely visit again!

Our stay at Buena Vista Villa was amazing the views from the hilltop where breath taking, the pool outside was amazing and very clean. A truly memorable holiday. In addition to this the owner Panos was a 10/10 host upon arrival the fridge had cakes wine and beer. Nothing was too much for him, he was always ready to help if need be. Zakynthos is a wonderful holiday destination and this villa truly made the holiday perfect.
