We had booked 2 rooms and the property was spotlessly clean. The staff was polite and quick to respond to all our needs. Would highly recommend this place. I will visit again.

I had booked a 398 sq. ft. room with 2 double beds through online booking. However, at the time of check-in, the property owner refused to provide the booked room and claimed that I had booked a smaller room.
I was traveling with my family, including a small kid, and since it was peak season, I had no option to book another hotel at the last moment. The owner clearly took advantage of the situation and informed me that the originally booked room was given to someone else offline at a higher price.
Instead, I was forced to stay in a much smaller room (~200 sq. ft.) with:
Only one bed and one mattress for 4 people
Only one towel provided for all 4 people
No electric kettle
No room heater, despite cold weather
Overall much fewer amenities than promised
This is a clear case of misrepresentation and unfair practice, especially unacceptable when guests are traveling with family and a child.
Total fraud experience. I strongly do not recommend booking this hotel online. Please visit offline and verify the room before making any payment to avoid such issues.
