The location is excellent, walking distance to gwangjang market and Cheonggyecheon stream. Near to bus stop and subway. Very accessible even the airport bus limousine stop is just a few minutes away. I love also their free coffee for guests on the 2nd floor.

Spacious room and washroom. The fridge was working well too!
Location wise, just beside euljiro4ga, a little hard to walk to/ from the myeongdong area but it’s very convenient to anywhere given its position on Line 2/5

I am writing to formally raise an urgent dispute regarding Booking ID ***.
My reservation was scheduled for April 5, with check-in completed on April 6. Despite successfully checking in and occupying the property, the booking was unexpectedly marked as cancelled on April 8, which is incorrect and highly concerning.
This cancellation does not reflect the actual stay and has resulted in an improper charge. Since the booking was honored and utilized, there is no valid basis for cancellation on the property’s end.
I respectfully request the following actions on an urgent basis:
A full review of the booking history and status
Immediate coordination with the property to correct this error
Prompt processing of a full refund for the incorrect cancellation
This issue requires immediate attention, as it involves a confirmed stay that was inaccurately cancelled after check-in. Please prioritize this case and provide a resolution at the earliest possible time.
I would appreciate a confirmation once this has been escalated and an estimated timeline for resolution.
