    We had a terrible experience at this property. We booked two rooms — in one room the geyser wasn’t working, and in the other the AC was not working. The staff just told us to “adjust” between the two rooms, which was unacceptable. Both rooms were full of dust on the tables, TV, and other surfaces. The toilets were extremely dirty and unhygienic, with unflushed waste left inside. The overall cleanliness was very poor. We were so uncomfortable that we had to leave the hotel around 2 a.m. the same night. Immediate attention is needed to improve cleaning and sanitation. Totally disappointed and not recommended at all.
