Here’s a clear and professional version in **pointers**, while keeping your feedback honest and balanced: ### Hotel Feedback – Points * I stayed at the **Palatiel Hotel for 2 days with my family**, and we booked **2 rooms**. * The **lift was not working** during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially for a family. * There was a **severe dampness/seepage (seelan) issue throughout the hotel**. Dampness was visible in multiple areas of the building. * The hotel appears to have a **serious plumbing/seepage issue**, which needs urgent attention and permanent resolution. * **Water was leaking/spilled across the stairs**, making the common areas uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. * **Towels were not provided** in the rooms. * Basic **toiletries were not provided**. * **Water bottles were also not provided** in the rooms. * The area **under the beds was not properly cleaned**. * The **toilets/bathrooms were not sufficiently clean**. * The **bed sheets provided were not clean** and appeared to require better housekeeping. * There were **a lot of mosquitoes** inside the hotel/rooms. * I also noticed **insects in the hotel**, which is a major hygiene concern. * Overall, the **cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement**. ### Positive Feedback About the Staff * I would specifically like to appreciate the **hotel staff**. * Despite so many issues with the property, the staff were **humble, polite, and very cooperative**. * They tried to assist us and maintained a helpful attitude throughout our stay. * **My concerns are mainly with the hotel's building maintenance, plumbing, hygiene, and housekeeping—not with the staff.** * The hotel management should urgently address the **seepage, plumbing, cleanliness, pest control, and basic room amenities** to improve the overall guest experience.

When I visit last time in June at that time I was booked through Agoda and they provide me a spacious room on 3rd floor and that was nic room and their behavior was good with great hospitality but now the receptionist behave with so much arrogance and give me the room which was so small and pathetic so I request her to change so she replied we have only these types of for online booking costumer if you want a room like which you got in June then you have to pay 2500₹ . She think those people book the hotel's room they are coming from so much backward family...in a simple language NANGE BHOOKE LOG....she was a ghatiya girl for me

Hotel was not able to provide Basic hotel eminities such as Towel, Lift & Toiletries. They provided what they have such as 1 towel for 2 rooms for 3 days stays & toiletries what have in their inventory. complimentary Water bottle not provided on 2nd day of stay as they had some supply issue however Hotel is middle of market/ Center.
