About this house rental
All the comforts of home with an amazing, inescapable view down the length of Bream Bay. Looking at the photos it is easy to understand why this holiday home has earnt the title ‘Surfers Lookout’.
Tucked into the hillside with a Pohutukawa wrapping around one side you will experience Woodpigeons and Tuis flying past as you enjoy meals or a good book on the sun-drenched deck.
Start your day watching the sun rise from the fully equipped kitchen filled with comforts of home, including a coffee machine for the budding barista. If you need a break from the sun, there is plenty of room in the open plan living area which opens directly onto the deck via stacking glass sliders.
Also located on this level is the master bedroom (with ensuite), a second double bedroom, and a room with two built-in single beds, a main bathroom and separate toilet and laundry.
The self-contained studio flat on the lower level has a king bed (and a double sofabed if required). This very private space has its own separate entrance and includes a kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Also on the lower level (accessable via internal stairs) is the 'teens bunkroom' wiith its own lounge/TV space - two king singe bunks offer sleeping for 4 here. There is a toilet in the adjacent double garage.
Our beach house has everything you need to create amazing summer memories, it has plenty of room for everyone, and is a short stroll down to the beach, dairy and takeaways, not to mention one of the best seaside cafe/restaurants Northland has to offer. Don’t forget to check out Waipu township, or surrounding beaches Langs, Mangawhai or Ruakaka, or head inland to explore the epic Waipu Caves while you are here. Everything you need for the perfect beach break is waiting for you at Surfers Lookout!
