The Moorings Complex is a hidden gem overlooking the marina and Intracoastal. The community includes dedicated parking, valet parking, 24/7 security, 5 professional managed marina's with a boat club, two large swimming pools, a hot tub, a full gym and sauna, boat slip and more!
How Cleaning is Performed:
Never any harsh endocrine-disrupting chemicals. To prioritize the health guests and the care of our planet, a housekeeping team uses non-toxic cleaning products. Surfaces are cleaned with natural solutions like vinegar and lemon, while sodium and citric acid- and soda-based detergents ensure thorough cleaning. For disinfection, we utilize hot steam on furniture and hard-to-reach areas, providing a safe and eco-friendly approach.
Promoting Sustainability:
To help reduce plastic waste and protect our beautiful planet, guests can request a spring water bottles to be delivered. The water comes in 5-gallon bottles, perfect for minimizing single-use plastic. There’s no upcharge—just a small fee to cover the cost of the water, making it a very affordable option. If you’re interested, please inquire!
Cleaning:
At no point are you expected to clean the apartment to a sparkling shine. However, please be mindful that the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Should the apartment be left in disarray with food, garbage, sand, or furniture stained, necessitating extra cleaning time, an additional $50 cleaning fee per hour will apply. Your respect for the space is appreciated, helping to prevent any potential disappointments.
Lost keys:
Each lost or missing key, fob, or parking decal will incur a $100 replacement fee. I know the cost is high—it’s set by the building, not by the host.
Home rules:
Smoking, parties, bringing unregistered pets, or allowing unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violating any of these rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
For reservations over 3 week required:
Once your reservation is approved, guest(s) must complete a building application and provide a copy of their ID(s).
(1) Sign the Rental Agreement electronically
(2) Complete the HOA application form electronically — it takes 5-10 minutes and includes a soft background check.
(3) The application fee is $150 per person or married couple ($250 for non-U.S. residents), payable by money order, certified check, or via VRBO payment request.
