Beautiful, charming English Style Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. High definition tv's in the master bedroom and the living room. Beautiful front courtyard with expansive and fully landscaped backyard and barbecue area. 2 minute walk to playground. 10 minute walk to pristine public beaches, great restaurants and the Eau Palm Beach Spa and Hotel, (formerly the Ritz Carlton). Wonderful. Everything was as stated or above. The home is lovely and very comfortable. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great ,quiet, landscaped, beautiful back yard. Eric, the owner, is responsive and a very easy person to deal with. We are looking forward to renting next year.

We had an excellent stay. The house is spacious and pleasant. The owner was very nice and helpful, responding quickly. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely.
