Relax with the whole family in this spacious apartment where you can breathe tranquility. With a beach-style décor and a cozy atmosphere, this apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people in total comfort. Located right on the border between Hallandale and Hollywood Beach, in a building with direct access to the beach, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, the sea and good times with family and/or friends.
The V&3 apartment has 2 bedrooms and each one with 2 double beds, also 2 full bathrooms, living – dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment has sheets, bath towels, beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach and enjoy the sun and sea of Miami.

access The building has direct access to the beach, gym, games room, heated pool available for our guests.
The building charges extra:

1 week: USD 75.
2 weeks: USD 100.
3 weeks: USD 125.
4 weeks: USD 150
– FOB
KEYSManagement requires a key for every two people over the age of 13 for the common areas of the building. Each key costs U$30. Non-refundable.
– I RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGES
The building receives packages within the dates of the stay of registered passengers, and charges U$ 7 for each package received. They must be in the name of the person who picks it up.
They are paid at the building administration, at the time of check-in, by credit or debit card only. We are not responsible if there are variations in the values charged by the Building.
