AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

The location was great, the pool and beach very good, clean etc. The unit was nicely updated, and well appointed, beds were good. I was happy the building had good security and a market on the main level to buy essentials. Located next to The Diplomat hotel which had a nice coffee/cafe, and a beachfront bar and casual restaurant within 5 minute walk!

One major flaw was the balcony with a beach view. It was spoiled by the constant humm of air conditioners from the building next door. Not pleasant to sit out on the balcony. I wish the host had communicated details a little better, and ahead of time. Once we arrived we had to contact him to figure out the parking situation, we were not told that the key fobs on the table were to be used each time we enter the building! And there were no check out instructions, we didn't know if we need to strip beds or do dishes? Also the 11am checkout was not disclosed until the day before checkout... which was a bit inconvenient , I wish all of this had been on an info sheet in the unit, or disclosed ahead of time.

Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel as comfortable as possible. The full kitchen was stocked with everything you could need from silverware to pots and pans. There were also plenty of basic ingredients like sugar, salt, pepper, and various seasonings. We love to cook breakfast, and the kitchen truly had everything one might need. For lunch and dinner, we also enjoyed the wide variety of nearby food options. As coffee lovers, we especially appreciated the excellent espresso machine, complete with plenty of Nespresso pods an essential for us. The beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable, and we slept amazingly well. The AC system worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and cozy throughout our stay. Parking was hassle-free, as the unit included a secure space in an underground garage, safe and out of the heat. The included beach pass was a fantastic perk, providing access to loungers and an umbrella already set up for us on the sand. The pool area was very clean and comfortable, with lots of loungers and space. The saltwater pool was a perfect temperature. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay, we’ll definitely be back again soon!

That we only stayed 3 nights. Wished to stay a few more.
