Overall, everything was pretty good. Some of the doors to the main house were disabled, others we couldn't close because the lock was broken, and one of the bedroom doors was out of batteries, so we couldn't close it either. We had problems with the hot water in the pool; it took us three days to get it fixed. The pool area was messy, with gas cylinders scattered everywhere, and a beehive in one part of the pool made using the jacuzzi a bit difficult due to fear. Overall, everything else was fine.

The rooms were great. Sunsets were spectacular. The overall space was remarkable once we got settled in. I wish I would’ve heated the pool. But they gave me an option, which I refused so it’s on me. The initial door was a challenge, but I think it’s because we arrived in the dark. They communicated everything they needed to, I just needed to read what they communicated :).

The homes (estates 1 and 3) were fantastic and easily able to host our group of 20 people (mostly couples)!We almost didn’t book because the location is about 45 minutes from Phoenix airport, but the remote location turned out to be a huge plus... lots of peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub setup worked really well for the group, though a bit more shade would’ve been nice during the day. Overall, everything was practical, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had an amazing, memorable week and would definitely book again!
