Base rate includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $40/night + tax per guest over 8 (age 2+). Maximum occupancy is 36 guests.
Primary booking guest must be 30+ and provide ID verification. Signed rental agreement required prior to check-in.
Fees & Optional Add-Ons
A $119 administration fee applies per stay and includes coverage under a $5,000 damage waiver program helping protect both guests and the property against accidental damage during your stay.
Guests may alternatively opt out of the damage waiver by providing a fully refundable $5,000 security deposit prior to check-in.
Optional Add-Ons:
• Pool Heating (Gas): $300/day + tax
• Pool Heating (Electric Seasonal): $150/day + tax
• Spa Service: $150/day + tax

The facility is wonderful, lots of seating groups for people to sit & talk, kids loved the never ending toys & games, the management team was responsive to our requests.

The outdoor space is amazing. We enjoyed most of our stay on the patio and backyard. Admittedly, we didn't read through all the fine print and were hit with extra charges for heating the hot tub, pool, renting sports equipment and propane about 10 days before our stay. The in ground spa in the pictures is actually not the "hot tub" oddly enough. There is a dirty above ground hot tub on the patio. The finish work, furniture, included amenities and cleanliness of the home were not up to par for the price point. The worst part was the communication with the host. The messaging communication was difficult and made us feel like they really didn't care about our questions. Responses were snarky and opinionated, much like a few of the owner review responses on here. (No delay in sending pay links for all additional charges though)
