This bright and quiet space is perfect for entire family or a company of friends seeking a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. The suite features a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sleeping area. Conveniently located, you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. Experience the charm of Brooklyn while enjoying easy access to New York City's attractions.

Guests enjoy full access to everything inside the apartment, including living room with 65" OLED, fully equipped open concept kitchen, large master bedroom quite with king size bed, 2 more bedrooms, washer and dryer, whirlpool bathtub and large private terrace.
Other things to note
The apartment is located in the private community where residents highly value privacy and security. You will enjoy peace and quiet.
There are several beaches in the neighborhood. Outside the community:
1. Northern beach (on the north side of the peninsula) is wild with a lot of activities (dogs are allowed all the time). Entrance is at West 37 Street and Bayview Ave.
2. Coney Island beach/Brighton Beach is 2.3 miles worth of sandy beaches, parties, Coney Island Luna Park, Baseball Park, Carousel, Wonder Wheel, Nathans, other restaurants and bars (dogs are allowed on the beach off season). Closest entrance is at West 37 Street and Surf Ave.
These beaches are free to use year around.
There is a Swimming beach with the entrance at Beach 42nd street and Surf Ave inside the community, access is limited and not free (prices are determined by the community management). However, it is free from sunrise and 9AM and after 8PM till sunset. It is fully free of charge before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, and dogs are also allowed off-season.
Designated on premises parking spot is available for up to 3 vehicles.
