Crsytal Chateau Room Rental

I Loved my stay! It was close to the bus and subway so it was easy for me to commute to work. I really appreciate the quietness of the unit and the staff was very friendly. They made me feel safe especially at check in. The Unit was nice, clean and comfortable; it was very homely like a home away from home. I Especially loved the quiet and nice neighborhood as opposed to the dirty, expensive hotel i visited two blocks away where the walls were paper thin and the room was obviously not clean. Its a breath of fresh air in the area. Definitely will be coming back.

Everything was great

Very clean. Well organised, tidy and quiet.

Good location. Very quiet. Close to the bus, but not too close. Comfortable bedding. Nice hot shower. Good quality towels. I appreciated the fresh flowers on the table. The outside of the property looks pretty

The inside looks clean but doesn’t smell clean. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared. No shampoo or body wash were provided. We had to ask for towels to be provided. We were expected to do our own cleaning. Plenty of annoying signs everywhere that made us feel like we were not trusted. Worst of all, I hated the lack of communication prior to check in, and sure enough, the room was not ready for us when we arrived. No one was expecting us. I had to bang on the door and call on the phone repeatedly. When she finally picked up the phone, she didn’t even ask my name, but rudely said that I had no reservation. I explained that my reservation was confirmed and paid for 2 months in advance, and I even had a text message from her saying that she looked forward to hosting us. Then she proceeded to try to blame on me the fact that she didn’t expect us. She said that I should have called, and she also said that she doesn’t pick up calls from numbers like mine (out of state with a plus sign). It was extremely upsetting and ruined my stay significantly. And then there was the fact that we felt no privacy. Even though we would be gone for 12 hours a day, someone would barge in at 10 pm to take out the trash.
