Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment, Am Frauenpuhl��> During the renovation of the apartment (completed in 2025), it was important to us to preserve as much as possible the charm of a former farmhouse built in 1904, without sacrificing modern living comforts.��> As a result, all rooms have low ceilings, the walls aren’t perfectly straight, and the exterior walls are very thick, which helps keep the apartment naturally cool in the summer. The walls are finished with a natural, breathable mineral plaster, and all floors are made of solid oak or genuine stone slabs.��> The apartment, which has a separate entrance, accommodates 4 adults; an additional bed for children is available.��> The first floor of this apartment—which is not wheelchair accessible—features the kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as a spacious bathroom. From the living room, you have access to your own terrace overlooking the Frauenpuhl, our natural pond, which is not intended for shared use. The two double bedrooms are located on the first floor.��> Situated in a secluded location on the outskirts of the village, the apartment is ideal for setting out on a bike ride or hike, or simply for relaxing.��> The West Eifel border region in the tri-border area offers numerous opportunities for activities.��>==> We would like to expressly point out that NO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS/NO TECHNICIANS, etc., are permitted, and only tourists are allowed to stay in this accommodation. The apartment, which has a separate entrance, accommodates 4 adults; an extra bed for children is available upon request.��> On the first floor of this non-accessible apartment is a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with a large induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a 0-degree zone, and a kitchen counter that’s perfect for cooking together.��> Also on the first floor are the spacious living and dining room, as well as a large bathroom. The living room opens onto a private terrace with a view of the Frauenpuhl. A large umbrella provides shade from direct sunlight. ��> The two spacious double bedrooms are located on the first floor. All beds have high-quality mattresses and are each 1 m wide (double bed: 2 m x 2 m). An old farmhouse cabinet in the hallway provides plenty of storage space for luggage. ��> All windows are fitted with high-quality insect screens, and all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.��> You can park your car right next to the vacation rental in a private parking space. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored here.��> The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. The nearest gas station is 1 km away. There, you can get fresh bread rolls and snacks every day. ��> You can fill up for less in neighboring Luxembourg, which is 19 km away. ��������On-site costs: The tourist tax of 1€ per guest per night is included in the final price. Towels are provided; fresh ones will be provided upon request. Bed linens are provided; fresh ones will be provided upon request. Not available for contractors! Access to the vacation rental is via a key code; the code will be sent by email on the day of arrival. ��������Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
