The cottage is only 2.5 miles from the stunning beach at Mwnt, and within easy reach of many other idyllic beaches along Cardigan Bay. It’s also an excellent base for walkers, with easy access to Ceredigion Coast Path, a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Pembrokeshire Coast Path starts nearby at Poppit Sands.
Just 3 miles from the historic market town of Cardigan, guests can enjoy a vibrant selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Whether you're shopping for local crafts or enjoying a leisurely lunch, Cardigan is full of charm and character. A nearby bus stop (just 5 minutes on foot) offers easy access into town, or you can take a scenic ride to the seaside resort of Aberystwyth, around two hours away.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, bedside shelf and reading lamp, armchair, double doors leading to garden
Shower room: walk in shower, WC and hand basin
Closet: store cupboard with iron, ironing board, hoover, stairgate, travel cot, fan, peg bag, hair dryer
Living room: 2 large sofas, coffee table, TV, book shelf and selection of books, electric effect log burner, access to garden area via patio doors
Kitchen: built-in electric oven and electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Dining table seating 4

Sheltered patio area surrounded by mature trees and shrubs, and a small enclosed private rock garden, table and chairs to seat 4, BBQ. Seating bench outside back door. Gated area so pets cannot escape. Parking space for 2 small cars or 1 van
