- YOUR PROPERTY:
The 110 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2010 and 2024.
It is a first-floor apartment consisting of a large 30 m² living room with a powerful ceiling fan, a comfortable corner sofa that converts to a double bed (150 × 275 cm), a dining table for 8 guests, a TV stand with a 55-inch TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The living room opens through a large window onto the first 10 m² terrace, which overlooks the beautiful landscaped area.
The open-concept kitchen, located in the living room, is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. It includes all necessary kitchen utensils and other small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, blender, Nestlé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, Italian espresso machine, and juicer.
There is a convenient utility room housing the washer-dryer, water heater, steam iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies.
There are two full bathrooms; one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink with convenient storage drawers. There is also a hair dryer.
It features 3 exterior bedrooms with plenty of natural light. Two bedrooms have a 135×200 cm double bed (one with an en suite bathroom and a 43" TV), and they share the second 8 m² terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. All bedrooms feature a convenient fan and a built-in closet, accommodating a total of 6 people.
To accommodate 4 additional guests, we offer a comfortable corner sofa bed measuring 150 × 275 × 50 cm (photo) and a double inflatable mattress measuring 160 × 200 × 50 cm (photo).
The apartment is equipped with linens: sheets, towels, and blankets.
We also have a crib, high chair, and toys for children (upon request before arrival).
There are 5 heaters to keep the entire apartment warm during the fall and winter months.
In addition, the apartment has an elevator and direct access to a private parking space for a large car or a 9-passenger van.
