This stylish country house lies in the rolling hills of Massarosa/Tuscany, surrounded by 300 olive trees and citrus groves. The 70,000 sqm estate is just a few kilometers from the sea: the famous Versilia coast with Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi is within easy reach. Thanks to excellent motorway access, Pisa Airport (20 minutes) as well as Lucca, Florence, Siena, Bologna, the Chianti region, Bolgheri and the Cinque Terre are perfect for day trips.
The location is ideal for cycling: flat coastal roads, endless hill climbs in the nearby Apuan Alps, or gravel and downhill trails right from the doorstep.
