Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious, modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Opposite the kitchen, a large bathroom features a shower tray, glass screen, and a wooden window to the outside, perfectly combining functionality and style.
The living room, integrated with the kitchen, is designed for comfort and relaxation. It includes a dining table for four, a cozy breakfast nook, and a very comfortable sofa bed measuring 150 × 180 cm. Opposite the sofa, there is a 52-inch Smart TV. From the living room, a balcony door opens onto a spacious terrace with views of the Alhambra walls and the Sierra Nevada, furnished with a comfortable armchair ideal for enjoying a quiet read.
To the right of the living room, there is a beautiful and luxurious bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed designed for maximum comfort.
This apartment is located in the heart of the Albaicín neighborhood, Granada’s oldest district. Situated opposite the Alhambra hill on San Cristóbal hill, it is surrounded by the Sacromonte, Elvira Street, and the Darro River. The Albaicín is the perfect place to relax, wander through its narrow streets, discover viewpoints, and enjoy the city’s traditional cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
