The renovated beach house (2013/2017) offers:
Living and dining area with a view of the Baltic Sea from the cozy couch
Fully equipped kitchen-diner (dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, air fryer, stove)
A bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults)
A bathroom with a shower.
Toys for children and a small collection of mystery novels for cozy evenings
Patio and garden, your outdoor paradise:
The spacious patio with a stunning ocean view is perfect for barbecuing, sunbathing, and relaxing, accompanied by the soothing sound of the Baltic Sea. Comfortable patio furniture and a grill are provided for your convenience.
The spacious garden (approx. 300 square meters) offers plenty of room to relax, play, and stay active. For active fun, there’s a volleyball net, playground equipment, and a large trampoline—ideal for all ages! (Use of the trampoline is at your own risk; no liability is assumed.)
