On the beautiful south coast of the island of Fehmarn: This gorgeous, approximately 51 m² 3-room vacation apartment with a wraparound balcony and ocean view is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Welcome to your vacation! An elevator takes you to your temporary home. The tastefully furnished apartment features a large living and dining area with an open kitchenette. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, an oven with a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher, ensures a pleasant self-catering experience. For a modern media experience, you’ll find a small stereo system (radio, CD, Bluetooth), a TV, and free Wi-Fi. The highlight of this vacation home is undoubtedly the spacious balcony. In one direction, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, just 100 meters away. In the other direction, your gaze falls on the landmark of Fehmarn Island, clearly visible in the distance: the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, ensure a restful night’s sleep. The shower room features light-colored tilework. The beach, reserved exclusively for residents of the vacation complex, is just a two-minute walk from the house and can be reached without crossing a street.
A parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked at the numerous bike racks in front of the house. A shared washing machine is located in the basement.
