We had a lovely 3 night stay at Candace's property. She was an excellent host. The duplex was extremely clean upon arrival; fridge stocked with filtered bottled waters and coffee bar stocked. The kitchen was well appointed with cutlery, flatware, pots, pans you name it! Although we didn't really cook. I recovered at her home for 2 days post shoulder surgery and then drove 4 hours home after we departed. It was a great place to recover and very safe and nice neighborhood, close to everything Birmingham has to offer! We'll definitely be back as we are in Detroit for work and other engagements often! Thank you for being a great host! Beautiful renovation and it was nice and quiet. Thank you again!

I would stay at no other place now in Detroit area. The neighborhood was great. The house was fabulous access and location to everything we needed and wanted was perfect and after traveling for days and days pretty much across country we were exhausted and this was just the perfect place for us to stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The host was easy to communicate with through the app and provided an easy to follow overview of process and procedures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Birmingham.

Candace and Paul were great!! Very welcoming, very helpful and very accommodating. The location of the house was great and we had a great stay despite the snow and cold!! Thanks to both of you!
