About this house rental
Enjoy your visit to our beautifully renovated house with the perfect blend of comfort and style. A bright airy living room with vaulted ceilings perfect for lounging. There is an open-concept kitchen and dining area, ideal for cooking and entertaining. Spacious bedrooms with ample storage space for your belongings. You will have access to fully-fenced private backyard and a charming patio overlooking the garden, a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee!
The living room offers a 65" smart TV equipped with high-speed internet to enjoy streaming by services of your choice while relaxing on the comfy sofa.
There is a fully equipped kitchen area with all the basic necessities for cooking where you can enjoy home cooked meals.
When it's time to unwind head to one of the bedrooms which is set up with clean, comfortable bedding. There are three bedrooms that have king, queen and full beds. There are two bathrooms one is inside the master and the other one is a shared bathroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen nook area provided with laundry soaps if needed.
There is a private driveway with two designated parking spaces.
Safe quiet neighborhood.
The property is situated on the border of Troy and Sterling Heights, offering best of both worlds with access to shopping and entertainment.
- 5-minute walk to grocery and restaurants including Kroger, Edge Fitness, Subway, Arby's, Mcdonalds
- 5-minute drive to Beaumont Hospital, CVS, Walgreens, gas stations, banks etc.
Other things to note
Check in time is after 3 pm.
Check out time is before 11 am (you are welcome to a 1:00 pm check out if we are able to accommodate along with a $75 fee.

Everything was better than expected. Felt like being at home. Communication with host was quick and easy. When we arrived we had fresh donuts and water.
