Great midtown location with private driveway with room for 3 vehicles . Walk to South Broad ripple restaurants and the monon trail .Short drive to the Broad Ripple Viilage(1.25 miles ), Indiana State Fairgrounds(1.2 miles)Butler University(1.8 miles) and downtown Indy(5 miles). Enjoy the fire pit area, large living room, 4 TV's , nice galley kitchen, and laundry room.
