A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

1. Very nice apartment: we would rent it again.2. I think all VRBO listings should show the number of steps to reach the main entrance. In this case it was 17. There was a similar climb to the second floor.For us, no problem; for some others, it could be.3. There were only 4 place sets of dining utensils, and a limited number of dinner plates. This wasn’t a problem, but it caused us to run the dishwasher twice a day.4. The lock on the door to the north balcony did not work. This did not concern us, but the owner may want to repair it.5. There was a note to cover the table on the north balcony when not in use. We could not find the cover.6. The wide blinds in the living room and in the bedroom could be tilted but not raised.7. One day there was a storm that caused widespread internet outages. The agent provided prompt support in getting it running again.

The property was as advertised as far as location (proximity to downtown/nice neighborhood). Comfortable and nice amenities. The kitchen and living space were very well equipped. The bedroom and master bath are very lovely. Although they do require climbing another flight of stairs.
Private off street parking is included, but it is behind the unit and requires walking all your bags around the building to then take to the upstairs unit.
The second sleeping location was a bit disappointing. The "memory foam" mattress on the pull out bed was probably 4-5 inches thick, and not very comfortable. Probably ok for a couple kids to share, but less than ideal for an adult.
There was no detergent available for either the clothes or dishwasher, despite the owner's request to wash linens and dishes prior to departure. Communication was also a little lacking. After booking in May, the owner said she would send check in information in mid Sept. I had to contact her for those instructions the day before our stay on Oct 5. We did receive immediate instructions, with an excuse of being busy with another property and forgetting to send them in a timely manner. During the first night of our stay I contacted her again with a minor concern about the microwave to which the owner never replied.
The property is nice, and great location. However, a few things were lacking and the second bed quality could be an issue for a longer stay. Responsiveness was poor.
