Quiet and centrally located apartment in the Cendana building, zone 9, opposite the industrial park and just 15 minutes by car from La Aurora Airport and La Aurora Zoo.
The Cendana building has different amenities including a co-working area, outdoor playground, game room, gym and common green areas.
The apartment is equipped for 4 people who have a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room

The space
The apartment welcomes you with an open plan where you can find the equipped kitchen, and a living room with a 50-inch smart TV. In this room you will find a very comfortable leather sofa bed where 2 people can sleep.
In addition, next to the kitchen is the laundry area with a washer and dryer combo, sink, which can be used by guests at no additional cost.
The room has a private bathroom inside the room, which is complete and has 24-hour central hot water, a walk-in closet area to store your belongings and a portable fan.
The room is set with a queen-size bed, 40-inch Smart TV, and a small study area with a desk and comfortable chair.
during your stay you will have 1 assigned parking space in the basement of the building.

Guests have access to amenities, as well as 1 assigned parking space in the basement area and use of the completely private apartment.
Other things to note
- All guests of legal age must identify themselves with an official photo ID with the building's security, and they must also send their details through the platform in order to report their entry at the reception.
-We supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We don't supply anything edible (spices, coffee, etc.), so plan with that in mind. Due to sanitation and accountability codes, we are limited as to what we can supply in homes. Whatever is at home, they are the only supplies and materials we have. We do not provide anything extra .
-We have an Ecofilter for purified water.
- Streaming platforms are not included in the stay. Each guest uses their own username.
-There is only 1 parking space inside the building and there is no option for additional vehicles.
