Edificio Brunelo is located in zone 10, right next to the Mexican embassy, and in the medical sector of Guatemala City.
The apartment is on a high level, the building has excellent amenities such as work areas, children's games, a gym, swimming pool and much more.
We have parking for 1 vehicle, WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!
The space
The apartment welcomes you with an open plan where you will find a living room, kitchen and dining room for 4 people, with a very nice view from the balcony to the church and central park.
right next to the dining room you will find the laundry room in which there is a sink and a tower washer dryer which the guest can use.
Next to that, you can find the full bathroom with 24-hour hot water. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet space to store clothes, as well as a 40-inch TV. It has a beautiful view of the Mexican embassy.

Guest houses have access to the apartment 1 parking and alteriades of the building
Other things to note
- All guests of legal age must identify themselves with an official photo ID with the building's security, and must also fill out the Entry Form as indicated in the instructions.
-We supply 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We do not supply anything edible (spices, coffee, water, etc.), so plan accordingly. Due to sanitation and accountability codes, we are limited as to what we can supply in homes. Whatever is at home, they are the only supplies and materials we have. We do not provide anything extra .
- Streaming platforms are not included in the stay. Each guest uses their own username.
-There is only 1 parking space inside the building and there is no option for additional vehicles.
