Welcome to your Jupiter retreat—a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse designed for a relaxed and effortless stay. The main living area includes a comfortable sofa, two recliners, and a smart TV, offering a great space to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for meals or a game night.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, a twin bed, an en-suite bathroom, a TV, and an optional desk with an office chair for remote work or travel planning. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The second upstairs bathroom has a full tub, and there’s a washer and dryer conveniently located in the downstairs half bath.
Step outside to a private patio with two lounge chairs, two cushioned chairs, and an umbrella—a great spot to enjoy the breeze or a quiet morning coffee.
You’ll be just a 2-minute walk to the community pool and a 4-minute walk to Carlin Park, which features a walking trail loop, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The beach is only a 12-minute walk away, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and sea. One dedicated parking spot is included.
There are two desks and two work chairs to accommodate working from home.
