About this villa rental
This beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow boasts two king beds, 1 queen and even a twin futon to accommodate 7 people comfortably. The luxurious master suite has Tommy Bahama furnishings , a smart TV and an opulent ensuite bath. The property has been newly renovated including kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. The tropical decor is carried throughout with rattan furnishings, grass rugs, sea shell mirrors and even Casa Blanca fans. Vaulted ceilings in the opened layout main living area give the villa an expansive airy feel. Here you will find the dining area with custom made rattan furnishings, the living room with a sofa, love seat and lazy boy to view the 55 inch smart tv.
Two comfortable rattan reading chairs facing out to the palms in the backyard complete the main area. The unit also has a huge private screened in Florida room with Bali inspired seatings at one end and a Tiki bar at the other. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and plenty of chef quality cookware and dishes. The private backyard faces rows of palm trees, with ample sitting on luxurious outdoor furnishings, a new BBQ and two loungers. The property is a 10 minute walk to the beach with access through Carlin Park making it a relaxing stroll avoiding the main roads. Beach gear includes plenty of towels, coolers, 4 chairs, beach umbrellas, and even a beach table . The community has a pool, clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen, tennis courts & pickleball. The property is situated between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Roger Dean Stadium is just 6.2 miles away and the new Ballpark of Palm Beaches is a 20 minute commute. Palm Beach Intl Airport is a 30 min. drive and Ft. Lauderdale Intl Airport an hour away. Plenty of restaurants, walking paths, golf courses, fishing, shopping and charters close by plus golf cart service to over 17 restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location was wonderful, close to the park and beach as well as shopping and restaurants. The property is well stocked and furnished including everything you need for the beach, grilling and preparing meals. The hosts are friendly and easy to work with. There had been some nice updates, especially the master bathroom. The place was clean overall but had a lot clutter and not a lot of space to store our belongings for a one month stay. We especially enjoyed the privacy and outdoor yard of this property. It was a great getaway !
