The house is located on a quiet residential street in the Gulf Gate neighborhood of Sarasota. It is known for its proximity to Siesta Key Beach, which is approximately 4-5 miles away. Downtown Sarasota is also relatively close, typically about a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. There are various shops and restaurants in the Gulf Gate area, making it a convenient location for travelers.
Our private driveway can easily fit 3 cars.

This was a nice stay in a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The images of the space were appropriate but the location of the house was not where it initially appeared on the map. I chose this location to be a 10 block walk to my conference, but when I got the final check-in address, it was a 20-minute drive from my conference. Had I not had the rental car, I would not have been able to stay there. The hosts believe this was a VRBO site issue. I cannot confirm or deny that. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There was a nice supply of beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and other beach items that were nice to have available.
