Step into Sheridan’s crown jewel: a 9,000 sq ft residence within the iconic New York Store Building, built in 1907. Once home to the Stevens Fryburger Department Store, the space has been meticulously restored to combine turn-of-the-century craftsmanship with modern luxury.

The penthouse features three spacious bedrooms:
-Primary suite with king bed and dual his-and-hers bathrooms (one with a soaking tub, both with walk-in showers).
-Second bedroom with queen bed and vintage charm.

-A Four room called the Fishbowl due to its unique 365 degree windows houses a single bunk bed put together with children in mind. Don’t worry, the fishbowl has blinds on each window for privacy.

This property is amazing, unlike any short term rental we've ever experienced. While the property sleeps only 8 people, it includes over 9000 square feet. The kitchen is large and well equipped and each bedroom is fine. The unique aspect of the property is the multitude of gathering spots throughout the "home". One stormy afternoon, we gathered in front of the fire. On another, we used the large bar area to set up take out from a local restaurant and asked our family members who were also in town to join us for lunch and there was plenty of space to sit, eat and linger. In the evenings, we typically found ourselves in front of the gigantic tv on the huge sectional, large enough to hold all 8 of us. The primary suite is phenomenal. There are two large closets. We used one of them to create the perfect dark space for the pack and play (provided by manager) and our sleeping baby. The water pressure in the showers is noteworthy.If all of this is not enough, Tyler is fabulous. He responded immediately, before and during our stay, to any question or need. If ever we have reason to find ourselves in Sheridan again, this property is where we will find ourselves. No question. Oh ... and the Main Street location ... perfect!

Unbelievable. Felt like we were staying in a comfy museum. We couldn’t have asked for more of anything. Host made sure we were well taken care of from the first minute we walked in. . If you have the chance to stay here please don’t pass it up.
