The Raanhüs is an exclusive vacation home that offers a spacious and modern living environment across three floors in Rantum on Sylt. It was completely renovated and refurnished in 2025. The property features high-quality amenities and numerous comfort features that make a stay particularly pleasant for families or groups of up to six people.
The Raanhüs features three bedrooms, all of which have hardwood floors, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere. Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort and allow for a smooth stay even when there are multiple guests. Each bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, hair dryer, and windows that let in pleasant natural light. The house also features its own sauna, perfect for relaxing after eventful days on the island of Sylt.
The living and dining area features an open-concept design that combines comfort with contemporary elegance. The open kitchen is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a self-catering stay: In addition to a Nespresso machine, a classic coffee maker, and a kettle, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and a modern induction cooktop. A toaster, blender, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and social evenings.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa and an armchair ensure cozy moments. Four modern TVs with cable are distributed throughout the accommodation, providing individual entertainment options. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate. This non-smoking accommodations are particularly suitable for families, as children are welcome.
Practical amenities also include a washer and dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes rack, making even longer stays hassle-free. A private parking space right next to the house, as well as a coat rack, a shoe cabinet, and a full-length mirror, offer additional conveniences.
Outside, the well-maintained garden, complete with patio furniture, a parasol, and your own beach chair, invites you to relax.
