You’re just one dune away from Germany’s most beautiful beach! You’ll be staying right on the beachfront in an exceptionally spacious half of a house—151 m², with 3 bedrooms (6 beds plus two extra floor mattresses if needed) and 2 bathrooms—in an ideal location on the island.

We built the house in 2014 and furnished it with great attention to detail. We call the decor style “American country house” because it reminds us of beautiful summers in the Hamptons or on Martha’s Vineyard. And it works perfectly as a “modern take on the Frisian house”—with light-colored furnishings, but also featuring a Frisian wall and a beach chair.

In terms of amenities, the vacation home has everything you’d expect from a luxury vacation home on Sylt: a spacious ground-floor layout, bright rooms, a fireplace, a sauna, modern technical amenities, a terrace and garden, and more.
