It has two bedrooms: a double bedroom on the first floor (160 cm bed) and a children's room in the attic with two single beds. A relaxation area with a sofa bed completes the sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer) opens onto a friendly dining area. The living room, on the first floor, offers a television, Belgacom TV, and internet. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features an Italian shower. A games area with a foosball table, darts, and board games is also available, as well as a baby cot and pellet heating (bags provided for an extra charge on request).

Outside, enjoy a private terrace with a table and barbecue, and a garden with two levels at the back, quiet and secured for children, despite the main road at the front. A shared area with the neighbouring house allows for pétanque games or enjoying the fire pit. Private parking is available on-site.

The owner, Mr Koeune, offers products from his farm nearby to discover local flavours. The region is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and all kinds of outdoor activities in the heart of the Ardennes.
