With double bed, smart TV in the living room and bedroom, double sofa bed (see photos of it open before booking), split air conditioning and full kitchen. Condominium with 24-hour concierge, gym, swimming pool and laundry (paid separately).
Note: The apartment offers 1 rotating parking space.

- Balcony with Reiki-style window, wooden table with two chairs, cushioned armchair, bench with decorative items
- Complete kitchen with duplex refrigerator, cooktop with 2 burners, water filter, bench with two stools, electric coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, airfryer (it is important to keep the wooden board under it when using to avoid heating) and basic household items kitchen.
- Bedroom with double bed, shelf, split air conditioning, smart TV with local channels, wardrobe, blackout curtain
- Bathroom with electric shower, glass shower, sink with mirror and cabinet

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates receive discounts according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, you will be charged separately. Contact us)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 15kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
