Apt. 2/4, east-facing, furnished, unobstructed views from all windows, very well-ventilated. Living room, kitchen, balcony, master suite, guest bathroom, and pantry.
Only two apartments per floor in a small, family-friendly, and very quiet building, with elevators, covered parking, a playground, and a party room. Night watchman on duty daily.
In the immediate vicinity of the property, you’ll find a full range of services and shops. There are several bus stops, and taxis and ride-hailing drivers arrive in just a few minutes.
Electricity consumption is the guest’s responsibility. At check-in, the Coelba meter is checked, and at check-out, the electricity consumed during the stay is measured again. The rate charged is the same as that provided by the electric utility.
