This studio, 1 bath condo is a 3 minute walk to Medano Beach (Cabo`s #1 year-round swimmable beach), 1 minute walk to the world famous Cabo Marina and across the street from Puerto Paraiso Mall. There are 100s of Restaurants nearby and all the night life Cabo has to offer is within walking distance.

The first-floor common area has a pool, tables with chairs and chaise lounges available to all guests and owners.
