Fabulous two-room apartment in a typical Ligurian house. Very central, newly renovated and equipped with every comfort. It consists of a double bedroom and a dining room with comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen with induction, oven, garbage refrigerator, espresso machine, WiFi. Balcony on the lovely Piazza Mottino. Possibility to rent two additional independent double rooms with en-suite bathroom (for extended families or friends). Located on the fourth floor without elevator (50 steps).

On the fourth floor, 50 steps to access. Washer in the hallway in front for guest use. The house is located in the pedestrian area, in ZTL. There is no private parking space, the best public parking space (La Vallata) is a 10/15 min walk at a cost of 10 euros per day.

The kitchen is equipped with waste that can be a danger, especially for children.
