The unit has all new floors, carpeting, furniture, dishwasher, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings to give you a fresh Florida feel. Full size washer and dryer in the unit, Cable and Wifi are included. No pets. No smoking/vaping. ($500 fine if any violation)
Clubhouse with pool and hot tub only 300 feet away with a small gym, library, community center for gatherings. Walking distance to Fresh Market, 5 Guys, Target, Publix, Banks, Staples, and restaurants. Sarasota airport is 21 minutes away and Tampa and St. Pete airports 50 minutes.
Minimum stay of 30 days required however, a 2- month stay would be preferred Association application and approval is also required (application fee is $125 if couple shares the same last name or could be two credit and background checks of $125 each). Rent per month is $3,000 plus state and resort taxes of 13%; Security deposit ($1,000), Departure cleaning fee ($250)
