The beautiful loft is located on the second floor of a recently restored historic building in downtown Sparta, Tennessee. The Grotto Suite not only offers modern amenities but also convenient travel times to multiple state parks including Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island, Virgin Falls & Burgess Falls. During your visit, you are just steps away from a coffee shop, pizzeria, tavern, herbal shop and brewery! The Grotto Suite is the perfect place to stay for your next adventure!
Only 1.5 hour drive from Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville, it’s a beautiful place to stay for a getaway weekend or for visiting loved ones during those family gatherings close by. Whatever brings you to the area, we would love to host you!
The Grotto Suite is the perfect place for your next getaway! With exposed brick, a modern kitchen and 12 foot ceilings, you’ll feel like you’re in a big city loft.
The loft is furnished with a Keurig coffee maker, silverware, plates and bowls, basic cooking essentials, and toaster. The loft also has a comfortable king bed with soft linens, a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping accommodations, roku tv, and a beautiful bathroom with tub/shower combo. You'll have a view of the sunset from the living room windows along with downtown Sparta.
There are approximately 27 stairs up to the loft. Please list the correct number of guests staying to ensure you have the correct amount of towels. The person on the reservation must also be an occupant during the stay.

Loved staying in this downtown loft! We even extended our stay and plan to stay again. They have everything you need. Bed was comfortable and I’m picky. Bathtub and bathroom are so nice! They even had lots of little extras. Enjoyed walking next door in the morning to have coffee and a Belgian waffle for breakfast and dinner at night a couple doors down at the wood fired pizza place.
