Built in 2005 by local Mennonites, this 2-bed, 2-bath home offers peace, quiet, and starry skies just 1.5 miles from HWY 111. Relax on the screened porch or elevated deck, surrounded by lush forest. Enjoy modern comforts with rustic charm, including deluxe linens, coffee, spices, paper goods, and more. Smart TV, outdoor grill, board games, and rocking chairs complete your stay. Max guests: 6.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Clean room. Very cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. The only thing missing was a brush to properly clean the gas grill. :-)

Cabin was very nicely decorated and clean. Accessing entry into the house was a little difficult; but, a phone call to the property manager fixed the issue right away. Additional silverware is necessary, as there was only one knife and few forks. Luckily there were only 2 adults staying at the cabin. Beds are ok. Make sure you get all your groceries from a neighboring town, like McMinnville, before getting to the cabin, as there very few options in Spencer. Very quiet area though.

The house is great surroundings was absolutely beautiful. The porch on the back could have used some little work. I had a buddy sitting in a chair and fell through the floor. Other than that it was all good.
