About this house rental
Welcome to this charming home in Tahoe City within the Dollar Point community. This welcoming retreat features 6 bedrooms with a mix of 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, a private bedroom with a twin and the bunkhouse room with a twin bunkbed and two twins. Add the 3 full bathrooms, and this location is perfect for groups of all sizes. Ski Lease information below. There are two sitting areas with extra large comfortable couches where guests can relax and unwind in a very tranquil setting. The first floor is the main area where you have your full kitchen with an 8-person dining table and a granite kitchen island with 4 bar stools. There are also 3 fold out chairs. There is a living room with large television, a bedroom with a King, a bedroom with a single, a sauna, and a full bath. Down the hallway, kind of separated from the main area are 2 more bedrooms each with king beds. There is a Jack and Jill full bathroom and in between the rooms there is a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has a k-cup coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge and make-up vanity. Upstairs is a family room loft where everyone can hang out and play games. There is an upstairs bedroom with a queen and another bedroom with TV, a twin bunk bed and two single twins to sleep 4. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. So, there are 6 bedrooms that sleep up to 13 if needed. Outside is a large flat parking area where you can park 6 or 7 vehicles. With the home conveniently located near the highway at the Dollar Point entrance, you can get in and out on flat snow plowed roads all winter long. There is also a large fenced in backyard, however, it is generally unusable during the winter months. For the convenience of fellow travelers, we unfortunately do not allow pets or smokers.
For those interested in a Ski Lease between January 6th to May 6th 2025 at $8500 a month. This includes rent, garbage, wifi and snow removal of driveway. Gas and Electricity would temporarily be changed to the primary renter. Contact us for availability and details.
