NEWLY REMODELED home with chef’s kitchen, hot tub, games room, new furniture including new king size beds, ample space for remote work with high speed internet throughout. Located on cul-de-sac up against forest next to the TahoeXC and mountain biking trails close to Tahoe City. Ample off-street parking provides perfect comfort for 3- 4 families / groups that enjoy skiing on the best slopes, hiking+ world class mountain biking from back yard. Completely secluded hot tub overlooking forest. Pets OK.
NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC ALLOWED AFTER 9pm to 8am. Due to new short term rental rules in Tahoe area, if neighbors call in with a noise complaint guests deposit will NOT be returned.

On second floor, lower floor there are 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 1 Games Room & NEW Hot Tub with powerful jets.
