Everything was perfect and easy

This property is in an excellent location. It has a well equiped kitchen, two bathrooms and plenty of hot water. It's perfect for three or four people and the value is great. If you've ever tried to find affordable accomodations in a neighborhood you wanted to stay in in New York, you'll appreciate this place. Like any New York apartment the building hallways are subject to the other tenants, but don't let that stop you. You'll apprecaite where you are. The weather went from spring like to wintery cold while we were there and the place stayed very comfortable. I'd stay again.

Clear instruction how to get in. The place was very clean, nice neighborhood location. Plenty of food/drink/subway options. A second tv in the downstairs would be nice but kids were too tired to care too much. Id go back without a doubt

The apartment was very spacious, especially for NYC, and the location made it a convenient choice for a short stay. However, cleanliness was a major issue. It seemed like only the toilets and beds had been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, and the moldings and much of the apartment felt unfinished or only partially maintained.We mostly used the space just to sleep and shower, which worked fine for a quick weekend, but it wasn’t somewhere we felt comfortable spending much time. There were also very few garbage bins—only one in the downstairs bathroom—which was inconvenient.Another downside was the loud unit in the downstairs bedroom (possibly the AC), which sounded like a wind tunnel and kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it hard to sleep.Overall, it’s a convenient option if you just need a place to crash for a weekend, but don’t expect a clean or fully polished space.
